Yannick came to ABC Upfitters looking for an upgrade on his Thor Sanctuary. We upgraded his charging system with our alternator upgrade package and added battery capacity to help his van perform the way it should (AC overnight).

Joshua even though he is a young man he is very knowledgeable and has an excellent ability to foresee/predict how systems will work and explains their operation in a very easy to understand laymen’s fashion leaving the customer confident in their new systems usage. Scott’s focus on customer satisfaction has been top shelf! He is courteous and ensures every question is answered and even spent his own time to go out of his way ensuring we were looked after while the team worked on the camper van.
