Position Overview:
* OTR Position: Covering 48 states (excluding NYC and downtown Chicago).
* Flexible Work Schedule: Tailored to fit your needs.

Pay Details:
Owner Operators:
* Earn 88% of Weekly Gross Revenue (Dry Van or Re**er).
* Trailer Rentals Available:
* 2022 Great Dane Dry Vans
* 2022 Great Dane Thermoking Re**ers
* PrePass Account Included.
Company Drivers:
* Earn 30% of Weekly Gross Revenue (Dry Van or Re**er).
* Pay Examples:
* Dry Van: ~$1,800/week (easy schedule).
* Re**er: Up to $2,400/week (for hardworking, organized drivers).

Equipment:
* Trucks (2022-2024):
* Freightliner Cascadia, Peterbilt 579, Mack Anthem, Volvo.
* All trucks equipped with a microwave, power inverter, and fridge.
* Trailers:
* 2022 Great Dane Dry Vans.
* 2022 Great Dane Thermoking Re**ers.
* Equipped with tire auto-inflation systems.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of CDL Class A driving experience.
* No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
* Clean accident history (no preventable accidents in the past 18 months).
* No drug or alcohol violations.
* Active and clean Clearinghouse account.
* Strong commitment and responsibility to meet job demands.

Job Benefits:
* Payment Schedule: Tuesday to Monday workweek, weekly direct deposit every Friday (on time, 100%).
* Additional Pay: Detention and layover pay.
* Bonuses: Safety and referral bonuses available.
* Support: 24/7 support team and an on-site truck/trailer repair shop in Chicago.
