Due to significant parts delays stemming from Nissan this truck has been here for MONTHS... We are so happy to report that finally we were able to complete the repairs on this Titan.

We are so thankful that our customer has been understanding and patient while we navigated this issue with Nissan.

Sometimes due to manufacturing delays with vehicle manufactures these delays can put heavy pressure on our company. These delays are completely out of our control. We understand customers get 30 days of rental coverage but we know these delays with parts can not be prevented by us and we are not responsible to cover rental bills after the insurance has reached the limit.

I can speak for all collision shops when I say that we wish we could expedite all repairs fast and without delay but we know that it not the reality of this industry.

We appreciate all our customers that use our shop. We can't express how grateful we are for each one of you. We take pride in all vehicles we fix and take the safety of our customers into consideration with every repair. Thank you for choosing us!

We are seeking an office secretary temporarily for 2 months (October and November) Training will begin September 28th. This position WILL NOT be permanent. Hours for this position will be Monday- Friday from 9:00AM-4:30PM.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS:

This morning we received an email from the upper dauphin area school district. The email sent was from a teachers email address. There was an attachment that our employee thought was regarding her children. She attempted to open the attached file and something downloaded in the background.

This afternoon we started experiencing issues with our computers. The computer that opened the document was immediately turned off. We have been hacked by an email mimicking the school districts email.

We have reported this hacking to the state police, the school district & MIS.

At this time we have no ability to write estimates for customers, order parts, ect. We apologize for the inconvenience and urge other businesses to be careful opening emails from the school district at this time.

Something we frequently run into is customers not having rental car coverage.... this puts a strain on customers because they are then without a vehicle but it also puts a strain on the repair shop too because when vehicles get torn down there could be unaccounted additional damages.

We live in Pennsylvania and let's face it, deer are everywhere! You never know when you might hit one.

For a few dollars a month more, you can protect yourself to ensure you have transportation & also ensure the body shop has ample time to repair your vehicle properly.

We highly recommend talking with your insurance agent and adding rental car coverage to your policy. ☺️

This 2021 KIA Sorento got rear ended by another vehicle.
