Meet a new face at Hernley’s Powersports!
Steve brings more than 25 years of experience in automotive sales and management, along with a longtime interest in Powersports and a few motorcycles of his own over the years.
He’s excited to jump into the Powersports world, learn the brands, and get to know our customers. And when you’re working around Indian Motorcycles, there’s certainly no shortage of cool things to learn about!
When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Steve at the racetrack. He owns a professional drag racing team that competes with blown alcohol Funny Cars, a class of high-powered drag racing cars built for straight-line competition over a quarter-mile. He’s currently in his 16th year of racing, with Brian Conrey behind the wheel of both cars.
He’s also recently teamed up with a Pro Mod team, with plans to race in the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) series next year. Pro Mod is another form of drag racing known for heavily modified, high-performance cars and incredibly quick passes down the track. Outside of racing, Steve is a dad to Jack (17) and Chase (12).
