Zeus has been by my side through some of the hardest moments in my life. 🐾 Through uncertainty, long days at the shop, and everything in between, he’s always been there with the same unconditional love that only a dog can give.

A “quick look” is not a used vehicle inspection.
A new client came in for a simple muffler quote because his friend told him that’s all the car needed. Once we actually inspected it, the entire exhaust system was destroyed from the catalytic converters back, rust, broken sections, chains, bungees… everything.
This is why car buying decisions should NEVER rely on a buddy’s opinion. A real used vehicle inspection would’ve saved this buyer from a big surprise.

Some conversations in this industry need more context.

As a former car dealer and a shop owner, I understand both sides. Diagnostics aren’t just “plugging in a scanner” they take time, skill, equipment, and experience. That’s why they have value, and why transparency with customers matters.

Different problems require different diagnostic strategies, and pretending otherwise sets unrealistic expectations. Integrity, education, and clear communication will always matter more than shortcuts.
