I never understood the big deal about prime rib or about leftovers, until I ate Dan’s Smoked Prime Rib. It is tender and flavorful and believe it or not is even good reheated the next day. The reservation page is up, we’ll take as many seatings as we can and hopefully leave a few spots open for walk-ins. Not into prime rib? That’s okay, there’s other options.
