🛠️ HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Service Advisor & Automotive Mechanic (PAID DAILY! 💰)

We are a busy, fast-growing automotive shop looking for a driven Service Advisor and an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. We offer an aggressive, flat-commission structure on every single ticket—and WE PAY YOU DAILY!

📋 OPEN POSITIONS & PAY STRUCTURE:

1️⃣ Service Advisor

• 💰 Pay: up to 15% Flat Commission on the total ticket (parts + labor)
• ⏰ Schedule: Paid daily at the end of your shift!
• The Role: Greet customers, answer phones, diagnose needs, write up accurate estimates, and close sales. You are the face of the shop! We also require advisors to keep the office, restrooms, & lobby cleaned daily.

2️⃣ Automotive Mechanic

• 💰 Pay: 20% to 30% Flat Commission depending on experience and certifications
• ⏰ Schedule: Paid daily at the end of your shift!
• The Role: Perform digital vehicle inspections, diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, and execute high-quality repairs. Mechanics are required to keep their work areas cleaned daily.

👤 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

For the Service Advisor:
• Proven track record in automotive service writing or sales.
• Strong communication skills and a great attitude with customers.
For the Mechanic:
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Must bring your own tools (shop provides major equipment).
• Strong diagnostic skills (ASE certifications are a major plus!).
• Valid driver’s license.

WE ARE MOVING!!

We are pleased to announce our upcoming relocation to 273 US 290 E, Elgin, TX 78621. This strategic move will position us closer to the heart of Elgin, enhance our visibility, and provide a climate-controlled work environment for our valued technicians.
