Happy Monday! Machining a pulley system to incorporate the panhead to my original open primary belt drive and transmission, at the same time having a bearing support. The nut and adaptor was first made as a prototype making all the necessary adjustments, then made a single piece for strength and shaft support. Im very happy how it came out.

Chopper number two now runs! Literally the first startup no carb adjustment timing is re**rd for Kickstart, also marking its territory.

The customer wanted a stance adjustment, with a better ride, stopping performance and room for more rubber, with new wheels and tires on order, we installed all 4 wheel disc brakes, and custom rear exhaust. Since there is no suspension upgrades available for a 51 Plymouth, we had to completely make the tri link for the rear and custom build a ford 9 inch differential and was able to adapt QA1 suspension to make fit onto a Plymouth.

Once a year we beat our selves, but test our endurance for a 1,500 mile trip in a Jalopy.
In result we and up with a strong bond and life long friendships.
No its not for the faint of heart, which makes much more valuable.

The first version of the stroked out small block Ford took me to Austin 5 times Goodguys in Scottsdale and all over NM Santa Fe, Albuquerque. Like always we all want to go faster this time around I had to put more cubic inches and next level parts. Ready to see more miles this year.

The energy in the room intensifies as the one day of setup comes to an end. Last minute cleanup, polishing, booth setups, ladders are out to fix their displays, last minute pinstripping, the sound of power tools and hammering echoing through the building. The vendors and exhibitors will only have one hour today before the doors open, after that the red carpet drive will begain.
4AM jp time we get ready to start the day and head to the premises before they let the vendors in the building. Today is the day, what we all been waiting for travelers from around the globe.
