🚨🚨RECALL ALERT🚨🚨

Evenflo has announced the voluntary recalled of certain REO model car seats.

Affected models begin with model number CS26021 and were sold in the United States and Canada between March 2025 and the present. This recall does NOT affect any other Evenflo car seat, including the Revolve180â„¢, Revolve360â„¢, Revolve360â„¢ Extend, or Revolve360â„¢ Slim models


During testing in the forward-facing configuration, it was determined that when the headrest is adjusted to its two highest positions (positions 10 and 11 in forward-facing mode and position 11 in rear-facing mode), the headrest may change position under certain conditions. This condition does not affect the safety of the car seat when the headrest is adjusted to positions 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode and positions 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode. No injuries have been reported related to this condition.

Understanding the Recall:
During recent post-production laboratory testing, a condition was observed in which the headrest may change position when the seat is used in the two highest positions (positions 10 and 11 in forward-facing mode and position 11 in rear-facing mode). This condition does not affect the safety or structural integrity of the car seat when the headrest is adjusted to positions 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode or positions 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode. No injuries have been reported related to this condition.

Determine Whether Your Car Seat is Included:
This recall only affects the REOâ„¢ models sold in the U.S. and Canada with model numbers beginning with CS26021.

This recall is limited to only the above REO models. No other Evenflo car seats or products, including the Revolve360â„¢collection, are affected.

What You Should Do if Your Product was Affected:
Recalled models may continue to be used in forward-facing or rear-facing configurations in headrest positions numbered 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode and 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode.

If your child is tall enough to require use in position 10 or 11 (forward-facing) or 11 (rear-facing), you may contact the Evenflo ParentLink® Consumer Care team by calling 1-800-233-5921 (US) or 1-800-265-0749 (Canada), Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM EST. Graco has voluntary recalled select SnugRide Turn & Slide models made Jan–Mar 2026 due to a structural issue found in post‑production testing.

Manufacturer Evenflo Company, Inc.

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain All4One child seats. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for specific model numbers. In rear-facing mode, the adjustable recline mechanism may shift out of proper position. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Remedy

Evenflo will replace the child seat, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning January 26, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

As the cold weather arrives please remember that puffy jackets dont belong in car seats. A puffy jacket creates hidden slack. In the event of an accident or sudden stop, the jacket will compress against the car seat harness and can cause the child to be ejected from the car seat. Car seat ponchos, blankets and the jacket on backwards once the harness is properly secured are much safer options for keeping your little one warm in the car.

This recall *ONLY* affects the original Evenflo Revolve Slim. SKU numbers start with 3861.

If the model number of your seat starts with 3861, it is part of the recall. If the model number starts with any other numbers, that seat is NOT part of the recall.

Remedy: the manufacturer will send some tape. Families can use that tape to retain the foam in their seat’s headrest.
