Brandon Moss just graduated high school-and now he's running for mayor.
At only 18, he's stepping up to lead Fairfield, Alabama, a city facing decline and in need of fresh ideas. While most teens are enjoying their summer, Moss is launching a full-on campaign ahead of the August 26 election.
He's up against experienced politicians, but he's not backing down. Moss wants to bring new energy to city leadership, with a focus on economic growth, holding landlords accountable, and building stronger connections between the city and its people. He's also heading to UAB this fall to study political science, proving he's serious about making a long-term impact.
