PLEASE READ!

1. Submit your claim
2. Wait for insurance to contact you or contact them.
3. CAT teams are coming OR they will give you the go ahead to get an estimate.
3a. If they want you to wait for a CAT team, do it but know that they will quote you low.
3b. If they say get an estimate, go get one
4. If you utilized the CAT team and have an estimate, don’t cash the check until you speak to whomever is fixing your damage and ask them if they will be doing a supplement (I assure you, they will).

Extra 2 Cents:
- Don’t rush. Be patient.
- Supplements are a normal thing when it comes to vehicle damage and are what it takes to get the damage covered.
- Just because you can still drive, doesn’t mean your windshield shouldn’t be replaced.
- Not all insurance brokers are created equal.

** I encourage you to ask questions when speaking with whomever is doing the fixing.**

I'm working as hard as I can to return phone calls and messages. If I didn't get back to you this evening, please be patient and I will get back to you. Feel free to leave a comment below if I have not. Storms at this level are going to take time with your insurance agent, the claims process, the scheduling and repair process. Major update for Wednesday with earlier start times possible for storms. Leftover cells from Tuesday will probably enter northern Missouri around 2am and trek all the way towards STL by daybreak. This cell or cells could be severe mainly for hail and with. Then around 4am a new line develops in Central Missouri. The main risk here again will be hail and wind but there will be a low to moderate tornado risk at first. It appears like this line stalls out mid morning and storms move over the same areas across south central Missouri right where i have the training possible wording on the map. This could lead to over 4" of rainfall on Wednesday alone. If this verifies we will start to see some low end flooding issues in low spots. Ill check back later and see if the high resolution models are in agreement. New map for Thursday incoming as well, which will be isolated to SEMO, Southern IL, Western KY, and Western TN.

Customer complained of a random thumping noise and kids complained the rear air would never blow warm. In the PDR world, pulling interior panels is a pretty regular thing. We found and diagnosed the problem and O'Reillys was able to get the part that afternoon. Was fixed and returned same day just in time for the cold weather coming in !
