Greg’s Automotive in El Cajon is in need of a general service technician. Some diagnosis experience with good general experience with most repairs. At least 3 years’ experience in the trade, a decent set of basic tools and a desire to excel in your trade.
My shop has been around a long time. We are staffed by good management, marketing and a strong desire to keep our customers safe on the road.
*COMPENSATION VARIES BASED ON EXPERIENCE* (ASE Certifications / Master Technician status, good Smog Test & Repair license score). GUARANTEED $35.00/hr. to $40.00 before production bonus is figured in. With the production pay and normal Monday through Friday hours, my techs average close to $48 per hour. An experienced Euro tech or diesel technician earn more.

Expectations:
- Arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attitude!
- Must have own set of tools
- Keep a clean & safe work space
- Have adequate repair knowledge of foreign & domestic vehicles
- Prior repair facility or dealership experience is mandatory
- Diagnosing smog failures and drivability concerns, as well as addressing customer concerns.
