The members of the Monday Nite Car Club send our Condolences to the Family of Ray Kirk. Ray won Best Of Show for Pre 1948 automobiles at our Run To the Hills Car Show this past May, 2015. His Ride was a Beautiful 1937 Ford Sedan Delivery. R.I.P. RAY

What a week-end, first on Friday night a bunch of the members went to the Mens Club Bar-b-que in Pine valley, nice evening. Sat. we were in the Pine Valley parade, and after that we had a vendor booth at the park to sell some of our excess club items. We had a great time and met a lot of fantisic people from around the southland.

Next week-end (July 24-25) Some club members will be attending the pit bar-b-que in Pine Valley on Fri night. Sat. morning we will be in the parade and after that, we will man (and ladies too) our booth in the Park. all money will help us with more income for scholarship money for the Mens Club. We'll have t-shirts, coffee cups, hats, c-d's with oldies music on them (50-60 type rock-n-roll) and so on. Hope its a great day all the way around.

Last evening we had 13 members go up to Mt. Empire High school for their Scholarship night. It was a good evening to see where the money we generate from our Run to The Car show goes. These young folks need all the help we can give them for there future education and careers. The hi-light of the evening was when Cindy D'Ambrosia presented a $2000.00 scholarship in the name of her late husband Dave Hudson. R.I.P. DAVE

What a great show. Plenty of beautiful cars, big raffle, good music and a whole lot of good friends.We had in the neighborhood of 280 cars entered. We would like to thank all of you who were there for you support. I am sorry you all didn't get a trophy but, from where we come from YOUR ALL WINNER!!!

Tonight we will be filling the goody bags for our car show. We will fill approx. 300 bags and get ready for the big one on Saturday. The club has 200 plus raffle prizes in store, great t-shirts and a good time in store for our Run To The Hills no. 13 Car Show

This Sat. May 1st. we will be building baskets and loading our trailor for the up and coming car show.. Cindy will be having breakfast goodies and lots of coffee. Lunch will be Pizza for all, If you would like to help, come on by, or if you just want to hang out, come on by every one welcome.

This past week-end we had 13 members and friends go to El Centro for the Sunrunners Carne Asada car show. We left Fri affternoon to get ready for their fri night cruise. Sat. was their car show in the park. It was well attended by many other clubs around So. Cal, and Yuma. Cindy D'ambrosia was the BIG winner, she trophied with her 1938 Ford Coupe then, she won the grand prize of a 40 inch flat screen t.v. We all didn't come home empty handed either, as we all won raffle prizes. We left sun. Morning for home and had a great weekend.

This week-end our club will be cruizin to the Desert Tower. Coming back we'll be on Historic Hiway 80. Stops that are a must are : the Candy Cottage, Frosty Burger in Pine Valley. and the Spoon Gallery in Guatay. Hopin for great weather and a good time
