Craftsmanship Without Compromise!

Nobody will see this part. By the time this unit hits the road, no one will know about this cut. They’ll see the lights. They won’t see the careful trim that lets a light sit flush in the bumper, or the wire routed so it won’t rub through in two years.

That’s kind of the point. The work that matters most in an upfit is usually the work that disappears. It happens on a shop stool, one careful cut at a time, by someone who cares how it holds up long after it leaves our bay.

This one started life as a weekend-errands truck. It's leaving our shop ready to do work, with lights, siren, radio, camera and computer all within arm's reach and every circuit mapped and documented.

Before & After: this unmarked Ford F-150 came to us for a full rebuild.

Departments bring their vehicles to us when an upfit isn't working the way it should. That can mean lights failing in the field, wiring that's hard to troubleshoot, or equipment that gives away a vehicle that's supposed to blend in. Our job is to make it right and build it to last.

For this police vehicle upfit, and with the exclusive help of SoundOff Signal products, every light was tinted and placed so it stays hidden until it's needed. All the electronics sit on one custom-built board behind the rear seats. The radio head is out of sight in the console. Each light zone has its own local ground, and every circuit is fused. The next technician who opens this truck will know exactly what they're looking at.

Craftsmanship Without Compromise.

The lights get the attention. This is what makes them work. This is the part of an emergency vehicle upfit most people will never see, the brains behind the build.

At HT Upfitting, professional vehicle upfitting is about much more than installing lights, sirens, and equipment. What happens underneath the seat, behind the panels, and out of sight matters just as much as what you see on the outside. Every wire has a purpose. Every component has its place.

BE SEEN with this lighting package!

Emergency lighting isn’t there just to look impressive, it has a job to do. This build was designed with coordinated flash patterns across the warning-light package and remote-controlled spotlights that give the crew more control over the scene without leaving the vehicle.

From the SoundOff Signal warning system to the dual Whelen Arges remote spotlights, every component of this build serves a purpose.
