Just my little rant for the day!! Enjoy
I absolutely LOVE when customers and insurance companies see “small business” and automatically assume that means “discount business.” 😂
Apparently, because I’m not a giant MSO with 47 locations and a corporate office somewhere, my experience, equipment, time, craftsmanship, and expertise must all be worth less.
Because obviously bills cost less when you’re a small business, right? 🤔
Parts are cheaper. Paint is cheaper. Labor is cheaper. Insurance is cheaper. Electricity must be free. And apparently, experience comes with a coupon code.
Here’s a wild idea: pay small businesses for the work they actually perform.
If you want small businesses to grow, succeed, and eventually become those “big shops” everyone seems to respect, maybe start by valuing the people who are building them.
You’re not just paying for a repair. You’re paying for experience, professionalism, quality work, communication, and making the repair process as easy as possible for everyone involved.
Support the small guy. Pay for the expertise. Let us grow.
Because “small business” does not mean “cheap business.” 💰🔧
