Growing up around fire trucks, going to car shows, and anything that had to do with four wheels, I took notice how clean everything was kept. Having experience working on fire trucks, part of the job was to clean them up when they went back to the customer. (You never see dirty fire trucks in a fire station). I was handed a buffer and was told to buff. Not knowing anything about the pads, speed, c
ompound etc. I learned really quick what to do and what not to do. I was able to pick up on this really quick by making a lot of mistakes, burning paint, having a good eye, being patient, picky and not rushing. (Slow and steady wins the race you know?)
I was always detailing my truck where everyone wanted theirs done next. So I played along, stuck a flakeboard sign in my yard, spray painted “Auto Detailing & My Number” and was blown away with phones calls. As time goes on (20 years later) so does technology and how we do things. With that being said, I’ve been able to make black paint look like a mirror and have my name and number on this place called Face-Space. In closing, I’m old school, where customer service/loyalty is number one with me. If you're not happy with the results, let me fix it and make it right. I promise you the results you will get will be “wow” or “my vehicle is cleaner now than when I bought it”.
