On June 3, 2026, we proudly held the grand opening ceremony for our new Marysville Office (MVO).
We were honored to celebrate this milestone alongside distinguished guests, including Mr. Tokita, President of Nihon Plast, the City Manager of Marysville, the Executive Director of Union County Economic Development, and representatives of construction contractor Dublin Building System and IT support contractor Clarity Technology Solution.
The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, congratulatory remarks from participants, a wonderful luncheon, and an exchange of commemorative gifts—further strengthening our partnerships and shared commitment to future success.
We look forward to maintaining our strong relationship with the City of Marysville and are excited about the innovative products that will be developed from this new engineering office.

2026年6月3日、新メアリーズビル・オフィス（MVO）の開設式を執り行いました。
当日は、日本プラスト 代表取締役 時田社長をはじめ、メアリーズビル・シティ・マネージャー、ユニオン郡経済開発事務局長、建設会社ダブリン・ビルディング・システムズ社およびITサポート会社クラリティ・テクノロジー・ソリューションズ社の代表者の皆様をお迎えし、この記念すべき節目をともに祝うことができました。
式典では、リボンカットセレモニーをはじめ、ご出席者による祝辞、昼食会、ならびに記念品の交換が行われ、パートナーシップと将来に向けた共通のコミットメントをより一層深める機会となりました。
今後もメアリーズビル市との良好な関係を維持するとともに、この新設計拠点から革新的な製品が生み出されていくことを大いに期待しています。

Today, we're especially proud of our Neaton family.

One of our own, Jason, is currently going through a difficult journey. When our associates heard the news, they didn't wait for someone else to organize something—they stepped up themselves.

From designing the shirts to collecting orders and handing them out, every part of this effort was led entirely by our associates. The message says it all:

**"Jason's Fight Is Our Fight."**

And that's exactly what this team believes.

Jason has spent years taking care of all of us—cooking countless meals for company events, lending a hand whenever someone needs it, and always showing up with a servant's heart. He's the kind of person who makes Neaton a better place simply by being here.

Today, it was our turn to show up for him.

This photo is more than a group of people wearing matching shirts. It's a reminder that at Neaton, we're more than coworkers—we're a family that stands together through life's toughest moments.

On May 19, 2026, NAPM celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a festive meal for associates across all shifts, served by management. This year’s menu featured the ever-popular “walking tacos,” a fun blend of taco toppings served in a chip bag for a convenient and flavorful meal, along with traditional Mexican churros for dessert.

Cinco de Mayo commemorates Mexico’s victory over French forces in 1862. The event at NAPM gave associates the opportunity to honor Mexican heritage and culture while enjoying a special lunch together. It was also a chance to connect with one another and with management in a relaxed, community-building setting.

ウォーキングタコスで祝うシンコ・デ・マヨ
5月19日、NAPMではシンコ・デ・マヨを祝い、マネジメントが全シフトのアソシエイトに特別な食事を提供しました。今年のメニューは、毎年大人気の「ウォーキングタコス」。トルティーヤチップの袋にタコスのトッピングを詰め込んだ、手軽で風味豊かな一品です。デザートには、伝統的なメキシコのお菓子「チュロス」も用意されました。
シンコ・デ・マヨは、1862年にメキシコ軍がフランス軍に勝利したことを記念する日です。NAPMでのこのイベントは、アソシエイトがメキシコの文化と伝統に敬意を表しながら、特別なランチを楽しむ機会となりました。また、和やかな雰囲気の中で、アソシエイト同士やマネジメントとの交流を深め、コミュニティの絆を育む時間にもなりました。

On April 24, NAPM participated in the Earth Day event hosted by the Preble County Historical Society, where we introduced local students to our sustainability initiatives and regrind processes through a live demonstration.

Around 100 sixth-grade students attended and asked great questions about recycling, manufacturing, and sustainability. One student even asked, “How old do I have to be to work here?” — definitely a highlight of the day!

It was a great opportunity to share NAPM’s environmental efforts with the community. 🌎

4月24日、NAPMはPreble County Historical Society主催のアースデーイベントに参加し、地域の学生たちへサステナビリティ活動やリグラインド工程について紹介しました。

当日は約100名の小学6年生が参加し、リサイクルやものづくりについてたくさんの質問をしてくれました。中には、「NAPMで働くには何歳になればいいの？」と質問する生徒もいました！

今回のイベントは、NAPMの環境への取り組みを地域の皆さんに知っていただく良い機会となりました。🌎

🍀On March 17, associates enjoyed a delicious baked potato bar loaded with toppings (yes—pulled pork included! 😋), creating the perfect warm-up on a chilly day.

The celebration didn’t stop there—team members showed off their Irish spirit by rocking green and festive St. Paddy’s Day gear. From simple touches to all-out outfits, the energy was high and the smiles were everywhere!
