We have been so busy lately with bigger jobs , I will no longer look at or diagnose vehicles when you pull up . We are strictly appointment only from here on out I apologize for the inconvenience but it is taking alot of time from my team an taking them off vehciles that have been scheduled in . I appreciate everyone's business , we are just trying to keep everything rolling smooth . We only have 2 lifts an three mechanics . I wish I had 15 lifts an 20 mechanics but thats just impossible ..

Also there will be no more free air . To check your tire pressure it will be 5 dollars . We have been having alot of pull ups lately an its hard to keep up with all our scheduled in work . Just trying to make sure we offer the best service we can !

Starting this week at the shop , you will have to come in an sign a draft estimate before I will perform any work on your vehicle, after the estimate is approved I will order parts an begin the job . This is going to slow my turn around times down but its something I have to do to cover my business from people that are nasty . There will be no more verbal agreements at forgotten coast automotive! I am not out to fool around or play games when I'm at work I'm all about my job! These past few weeks I have met some of the worst customers you could imagine , they are the ones you can thank .

Been having more no shows than I like, I like to give you guys the best customer service I can . With that being said , I may have to go to cancelation fees if we keep seeing these back to back no shows. I need your commitment on an appointment, when I schedule you in I have saved time out of my day to help you an if you can't be here I would like to help someone else . Please be mindful when making appointments , if you can't make it for sure we need to know . It helps us an others in many many ways .
