What I Will Provide
• All the above listed skills and services and more, provided to your dealership staff with an absolute plan for success based on your store’s individual needs
• Weekly visits to dealership for training, coaching and guidance of managers and staff
• Oversight of all aspects of your Fixed Operations
• 24/7 availability for consulting and guidance provided by e-mail or cell, for any dealership managers or staff as needed.
• Frequent communication with managers and staff with both on, and off-site meetings
• Weekly training tips emailed to your staff with follow-up discussions conducted
• Assurance of complete confidentiality of company business, financial, and proprietary information
• Regular communication with general manager and/or dealer principal with progress reports, action plans, projections, accomplishments, issues and more.
• I will bring results in the way of increased Fixed Ops sales and profits, better CEI scores from your customers, fewer complaints or issues which find their way to general manager/owner, legal compliance in OSHA, DEEP, and state labor laws. I will train, motivate, and energize your managers and staff to seek out and achieve growth and excellence in their departments. I will improve your dealership’s image and trustworthiness, and respect within the automotive community, with customers, vendors, and OEM staff.

• An opportunity to show you what I can do for your dealership.
• A small area with a desk or table, a basic printer, internet connectivity from which to work when visiting your store
• OEM site accessibility with service and parts director access
• DMS access in fixed ops areas
• Access to fixed operations departmental income and expense, reports when needed through your office manager and staff. (100% confidential)
• Monthly dealer statements for service, parts and body shop (if applicable) provided after month end.
• An occasional expense reimbursement for off site training meetings with your staff. How does it work? Not too many dealerships can afford or justify a fixed operations manager when they are single or even multi-point stores. Consulting companies are generally costly and swoop through your store with endless reports, statistics, benchmarks, and analytics… and of course, create lots of paperwork causing much anxiety for your managers and staff with little or no results. Any improvements are short lived without the ongoing oversight and attention they require. You pay them big dollars, and then they are gone. Your managers and staff however can use ongoing help and guidance as they grow with your company. I would actually become an employee of your company. A part of your organization who is fully dedicated to the complete success of your company. Unlike a full time, fixed ops manager, my services are very affordable. There is no company car needed, no gas card, no laptop or computer, or cell phone. My position would be defined as “part time” so there are no benefits provided, no 401-k, no health insurance, no uniforms, etc. I am available to your staff at all times, whether at your store, on the road, in my home office, or even at another dealer location. If a question or problem arises, I am there for you 24/7. All I require for all the benefits listed above is a small weekly salary, and a small percentage of the fixed operations department’s net profits as shown on the monthly dealer statement. There is no consultant monthly “bill” to pay as my small expense as your employee, is already accounted for (generally expensed equally between departments) while your sales and profits begin to grow.
