We are seeking a top performer with a proven success record in a dealership setting and stable work history. We are looking for someone with a high level of integrity and strong customer service skills. A successful candidate must possess talent, drive, energy, character and a positive attitude. Responsibilities
* Establish rapport and build relationship with customers. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
* Be the vehicle expert. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
* Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
* Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
* Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
* Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
* At least one year of proven auto sales experience.
* Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
* Professional personal appearance.
* Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
* Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
* Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, motor vehicle record, and drug screen.

This is another installment of: Hey Honda What's up With That?

What is the button with the A with a half circle around it? It's the Idle Auto Stop Off button.

Idle Auto Stop is enacted when you come to a complete stop. It feels like the engine just turned off. It's because the idle has been cut WAY down. Some customers hate that feature. Honda lets you turn that feature off, so the engine doesn't do that.

Today's installment of: Hey Honda, what's up with that?

Brake Hold is a stop & go traffic feature. When one is on the highway and traffic comes to a complete stop, just press the Brake Hold. Come to a complete stop. While in Drive you can take your foot off the brake and the Brake Hold will stop your Honda from moving forward. When traffic starts moving again, just put your foot on the gas.

The Brake Hold light will be on the dash. It can remain in play for the whole trip. Once you turn the vehicle off, the Brake Hold is no longer on and will need to be pressed again when your next drive begins.
