omotive, LLC, experience in the automotive industry and in the area of customer service is extensive. He spent 14 years working at Graybill Bros. Quality Used Cars in Refton. He started out as a 14-year-old helping out by mowing the yard, cleaning the shop, and learning how to clean vehicles properly and became the general sales manager at age 23. In August 2008, Chad married his wife, Lisa. At the same time, he decided to launch Winters Automotive in Mountville. Initially, the business focused on cleaning cars, and eventually, it also started servicing cars and trucks. In early 2009, Chad opened a full-service repair shop that also offered state inspections, emissions, and much more. As Winters Automotive grew, Chad started looking for a larger location where the business could grow. In April 2013, Winters Automotive bought M & P Motors and opened up at 39 W. Maple St., East Prospect, located in York County. Chad’s employees from his Mountville shop have joined him at the East Prospect location, including Jeff Waltz, Brian Davis, and Chris Martin. Winters Automotive offers all the services customers expect from a full-service shop, including state inspections and emissions on cars, trucks, and trailers; tire sales and service; air-conditioning recharge and repair; brakes and rotor repair and turn; all types of diagnostic work; engine rebuilding and replacement; transmission service and replacement; and more. The business aims to treat customers like a member of the family, with the goal of allowing them to feel secure in the repair and getting a fair price for quality work. In addition, throughout the entire year, Winters
Automotive gives a 10% discount to all active or retired military, fire, and police service personnel with proper identification for any service department work. Sales hours are 8 a.m. on Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Service hours are 8 a.m. on Monday through Friday and by appointment only on Saturday.
