Ok I know it’s early guys but I wanted to give you all plenty of time to get your yards ready … we’re going to do a best decorated yard for Halloween !!! So contest will be from now til last day being October 28 th and prize and winner announced October 31 st !! Prize will be $50 for Walmart . So let’s all start planning and get our yards looking good and spooky… I will get pics all taken and posted for you all to vote on ( like the pic of your favorite yard)… I will be making flyers in coming days and handing them out to you all .. with all the new tenants let’s show them how we do this decorations and get them all to participate with us … maybe we can get more kids up here for trick or treating this year!!!

Flower beds have all been redone and mulched !! Mailbox posts were replaced by Mike and Scott and Dave and I painted them and gave them new numbers and words .. Dave also painted the speed bump bright yellow so it’s more visible. And we got some new signs put up throughout the park . It’s been a busy summer for us so far but it’s looking pretty good around here.. we also have 3 trailers getting ready for sale here soon .

Good evening residents. Two announcements.

1. I'm assured Sunday that trailer will be moving to lot 28. They sent me a copy of the transport permit. So hopefully for the last time, please make sure you're parking off the street for Sunday. You're permitted to park on vacant lots other than lot 28 of course.

2. The yearly community clean up is going on again this year. So the dumpster will be here for a week. Starting Monday the 22nd of June till the following Monday. Please fill it evenly. No paint, motor oil, flammables, tires, etc

Residents, this weekend we're scheduled to have two homes moving in on lot 28 and lot 38. Please park your vehicles in your driveway or on a vacant lot. This will free up the street for the move and avoid any potential damage to your vehicle. Thanks and have a great weekend. Mike
