W.B. Hill, Inc is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our ever growing and busy Parts Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and experienced in the parts industry, we encourage you to apply!
Hours: Full Time Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Order Parts, Help Customers and Tech’s.
Safely operate a forklift to unload freight shipments, move heavy stock, and organize inventory.
Work with Customers to locate, retrieve, and supply the correct parts needed.
Facilitate shipping or delivery of Customer purchased parts.
Communicate effectively with vendors to verify part pricing, check availability, and track orders/deliveries.
Maintain clean, efficient, and accurately tracked parts inventory levels.
Conduct routine inventory audits and shelf restocking.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, self starting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn specialized shop management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good with numbers.
Ability to physical lift at least 50 pounds.
Experience operating a forklift (or willingness to learn)
Prior experience with automotive or heavy-duty truck parts is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate!
