Flooring Warranty
OGE Corp warrants its products and installation workmanship for a Lifetime to the original owner/purchaser. Installation workmanship is guaranteed to conform to the installation guidelines of the original flooring manufacturer, Snap Lock Industries, Inc. Abnormal deterioration and/or failure under normal use of flooring covered during the warranty period, due to defects in workmanship or material shall be replaced with like (or if unavailable similar) flooring at no charge to the original purchaser. This is the limit of liability to OGE Corp. This warranty is void if tiles have been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect or cut or any other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship of the flooring. Appearance of replacement flooring will vary from those already aged and is to be expected. Your floor is designed to last a lifetime and is easily cleaned by sweeping or use of a power blower and or mopping with a damp mop. Mild detergents may be used to remove stubborn staining.
