We have been working on the hood scoop on the 66' Mustang to pull air out through the radiator and fans more efficiently. This will allow the hot air off the Radiator to escape and not get trapped in the engine bay. The 3d printed buck allows us to have a shape to base the inside of the cove off of and be able to repeat the design from one side to the other.

Making solid progress on the MG build. We dropped the engine into the chassis for an initial mockup to check our clearances and figure out exactly where we need to make adjustments!

The ’66 C10 chassis is back at the shop and ready to get stripped down. During the process, we’ll clean all of the components and prep everything for powder coat. Once that’s finished, the chassis will head out to get coated and ready for reassembly. We’re excited to start putting this truck back together!

We shaped the hood into the fan shroud on the ’66 Mustang to help pull air out through the radiator and fans more efficiently. This will also help keep hot air from getting trapped under the hood. We designed and built a mold to shape the scoop to, then fit everything to the hood and welded it all into place. The final result looks killer while also improving airflow and function.
