❤️🖤 THIS ONE MEANS A LITTLE MORE TO US.
We recently received a customer satisfaction survey, and one particular comment really stood out:
“Recommend for women with no significant other.”
As a woman helping run a business in a male-dominated industry, I cannot begin to explain how much those words mean to me.
One thing I have always been incredibly passionate about is making sure women feel comfortable, respected, and confident when they call Steel Horse Towing or walk through the doors of our repair shop.
You should NEVER feel like you need to bring your husband, boyfriend, father, or another man along just to have your vehicle serviced. You deserve to be
listened to, treated fairly, and have things explained to you without feeling intimidated, dismissed, or taken advantage of.
The men who represent Steel Horse are held to an extremely high standard. Not just in the quality of their work, but in their character, professionalism, and the way they treat every single customer.
And seeing a customer recognize that, especially when it comes to women navigating vehicle repairs on their own, tells me we're building exactly the kind of business I've always wanted us to be.
To our crew, thank you for representing our values even when nobody is watching.
And to the woman who left this review, thank you. You may not realize just how much those few words meant to us.
