🔥 Is your AC blowing warm air?

Before you panic or schedule a service call, take a quick look outside at your AC unit.

If you have one of the Duke Energy load management boxes attached to your outdoor unit, check the indicator light:

🔴 RED LIGHT = Duke Energy is currently controlling the unit during a peak demand event. Your system may not run until the event ends.

🟢 GREEN LIGHT = The unit should be allowed to run normally.

Many homeowners don’t realize these devices can temporarily shut down their air conditioner during periods of high power demand.

If the light turns green and your system still isn’t cooling properly, give us a call and we’ll be happy to diagnose the issue for you!
