Our Story

Jay’s Garage was opened in November 2014 as a home garage. Jay Huh’s experience in the automotive industry began in mechanic work, car sales, service management, service advisor, and store manager. After several months of mobile repair services, it was time to “expand” into a physical location. Many customers were disappointed that we were no longer available to them but we found a perfect shared location. Prices were kept low; lower than most mobile repair businesses. After hiring a few members to the expert team, the Carmedix shop officially opened in August 2015. The Carmedix reputation grew because of its quality services and the shop had no choice but to grow to accommodate its customer base. In February of 2016, we moved into our current six bay location 40 minutes away. Despite the new distance, we were able to retain 70% of our customers. We’ve continued to add customers everyday, and keep them, by maintaining this area’s highest standards.

The key to our excellent automotive repairs and maintenance is convenience. Our shop has built its reputation on quality customer service. We’re continually raising our standards to meet you and your vehicle wherever your needs are. Even though most of us don’t think of convenience when we think of where to receive auto services, but that’s the thing that customers appreciate most.
