Office Manager/Sales Clerk needed in our Durbin, WV, parts store and garage. This is a 40-hour day shift position in a retail environment. Work on alternating Saturdays, from 8am to noon, will be necessary.

Candidates must have general automotive parts and maintenance knowledge in order to be considered for this position.

Requirements include:
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Personnel management experience
• Proficiency in general PC use
• Reliable transportation, as occasional travel will be required

Duties include:
• Assisting customers with parts purchases and orders
• Managing 1 – 2 additional parts store representatives
• Ensuring inventory is well maintained and properly placed
• Occasional travel to the Beverly, WV, retail and service location
• Maintaining customer parts order records
• Managing impoundment and towing records
• Ensuring that tow services are properly billed
• Communicating with owner to build and maintain structure and efficiency

Pay negotiable and based on experience. The primary location for this position is Durbin, WV, with occasional travel to our Beverly, WV, location.
