Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center in Durant is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and work in a fast-paced work environment. The CSR is the customer’s primary contact for everything related with their visit. This involves accurately writing up the concern; communicating it to the appropriate technician; keeping the customer apprised of the status of the repairs; making recommendations on maintenance items; and cashiering the transaction once the services have been performed.

Qualifications
• Customer driven disposition
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Neat appearance
• Team oriented
• Service experience is a plus, but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bi-Lingual a plus

Responsibilities
• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Utilize service write-up process to gather information and perform vehicle walkaround with customer
• Provide accurate, up-to-date product and service information (input complete customer information into system)
• Proactively update customer with vehicle status (obtain authorization for repairs) throughout entire service visit
• Review service performed on vehicles with all customers and accept payment

Labor Day is the national holiday that recognizes those American workers who keep our country running. Thank you from all of us at Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center of Durant for the work that you do on our behalf. Labor Day weekend is also the “unofficial end of summer” so we encourage everyone to get out and enjoy this time with family and friends. That’s what we will be doing this Labor Day!

Quick Lane will be closed on Sunday, September 5, and Monday, September 6, so our team members can take a well-deserved break. We will re-open at 7:00 am, Tuesday, September 7.
