You’ve probably seen their business around town, but you may not know the family behind it. 👋
Meet Bobby and Melissa Story, Durant residents and the local owners behind The Auto Spa. Their goal is pretty simple: provide their community with a great car wash experience, quality equipment and friendly service they can count on.

And The Auto Spa isn’t their only stop in local car care. The Story family also owns Texoma Pit Stop , serving drivers in Durant and Madill.

When you choose The Auto Spa, you’re choosing a business owned by a family that lives, works and raises their family in the same community they serve. We’re grateful you continue to choose local and trust us to keep your cars shining. 💙

We’re going pink this Saturday! In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, stop by our University Express Tunnel on October 17 and receive a pink Breast Cancer Awareness towel while supplies last. It’s a small way for us to honor those who have fought, those who are fighting, and those we remember.

A clean car starts with something we couldn’t do without: water. 💧

We want to take a minute to thank the City of Durant crews and departments who work behind the scenes to take care of the critical infrastructure our community depends on every day. When there’s a water line break or an issue that needs immediate attention, these crews are out there doing the hard work to get things repaired and running again.
Water is obviously a pretty important part of what we do at The Auto Spa, but even more importantly, it’s essential to our entire community.

Thank you to the City of Durant crews for answering the call and keeping Durant running. We appreciate you! 💙

October Teacher of the Month nominations are OPEN! 🍎

Every month, we’re recognizing two local teachers, one from Bryan County and one from Marshall County, and this month we want to hear about the teachers who make their students actually look forward to walking through those school doors.

For October, tell us about a teacher who makes their students excited to come to school.
Drop their:
- Name
- School
- What they do that makes students excited to be there

Maybe they make learning fun, create a classroom where every student feels welcome, or simply have a way of making kids excited to see them each morning. Tell us about them in the comments!

One teacher from each county will receive a free oil change from Texoma Pit Stop + an Auto Spa Simple Modern tumbler.
Let’s hear about those teachers who make school a place their students want to be! 👇

Congratulations to our September Teacher of the Month winners, Heather Miller and Michael Waters! 🍎

💙 Marshall County Winner: Heather Miller at Madill INCA Head Start
Heather’s name came up again and again this month, with four separate nominations from people who wanted us to know just how incredible she is. We love seeing a teacher make that kind of impact on the families and students around her!

💙 Bryan County Winner: Michael Waters at Calera
Michael was nominated as a teacher who stands out and makes a difference for his students, and we’re excited to recognize him as our Bryan County winner this month!

Heather and Michael will each receive a free oil change from Texoma Pit Stop and an Auto Spa Simple Modern tumbler as a small thank you for everything they do. Thank you to everyone who took the time to tell us what makes your teacher THE teacher. Keep watching because October nominations will have a brand-new question!
