Customer called having one machine with a major hydraulic leak, and another machine having issues running. Was able to find and replace the leaking hydraulic hose on their wheel loader. Customer called with an air leak. Diagnosed a leaking air governor. Was able to get a new one and replace it so the customer could get back up and going. Cat wheel loader for out local scrap yard here in Dunlap. Call and said they had a coolant leak, with further inspection found the water pump leaking. 2020 freightliner. Customer called saying that he believed his starter went out. Came out and  diagnosed the truck just to be for sure it was a bad starter. Confirmed it was a bad starter was able to get a replacement starter and get this customer back up and going. We were able to briefly stop this weekend to catch up on some maintenance. Replaced valve cover gaskets and cleaned up the valve covers, then performed an oil change. We must ensure our service truck remains in optimal condition to keep our customers satisfied and safe on the road!

We don’t typically work on gas trucks a lot but don’t mind them everyone once in a while. Customer called said trucks hasn’t ran in a few years, had diesel put in the gas tank. We drained the tank put clean fresh fuel in and some treatment. Still wasn’t running right. Did a fuel pressure test wasn’t coming back good dug deeper in found a faulty fuel pump, wires had corroded off. Replaced bad fuel pump with a new fuel pump. Replaced a shredded belt and was able to get a crack welded up in the bed rail as well don’t for get to give us a call for all your repair needs. (573) 330-5760
