The new Roadster Shop chassis finally landed at the shop, and this is where the project starts getting real fast.

Massive upgrade over factory geometry, rigidity, suspension, and drivability. This thing is built serious.

Most Guys Pack Wheel Bearings Wrong
If grease isn’t coming through the rollers, it’s not packed. That’s why bearings fail early. I still hand pack mine so I can see it happen. Quick, simple, and it works every time.

Don’t Stack Clear. Flow Coat It Right.
Stop burying panels in clear trying to fix problems that should’ve been handled earlier.

Flow coating isn’t about adding more… it’s about control.
Let it cure. Cut it flat. Then lay it down clean.

That’s how you get a flat, consistent finish without loading the panel up with unnecessary material.

Most guys rush this part… and it shows.

Sat him in front of me on the Honda 50 and he grabbed the bars like he was in control. Full helmet, zero hesitation.

This is exactly how it started for a lot of us.
