I am an American Small Business owner. Although I do write estimates, you don't have to have an estimate from me for me to do your repairs. I accept all insurance estimates. Insurance company have you take your vehicle to their "Preferred" shop for an estimate? Even though the estimate is written by the preferred shop, you can still bring me your estimate from that shop. I'll be happy to work off of that estimate. I also sell used cars.

I can't believe I have to say this but please, if you call a business for something and we do not answer the phone, leave a message. Chances are that we are busy, can not stop to answer every call. I personally return every call if you leave a message. If you do not leave a message, I usually do not return the call. I do understand most do not like leaving messages for some reason. Makes no since to me but that is what voicemail is for. If we stop to answer each and every call no work would get done. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
