**Tire Technician (Experienced) | Growth Path to Shop Manager or Sales**
O'Malley Tire & Automotive | Dripping Springs, TX | Full-Time

O'Malley Tire & Automotive is a family-owned, tire-first shop serving the Texas Hill Country. Our Dripping Springs location keeps local drivers rolling, from Ranch Road 12 to the Hwy 290 commute. We're also a full mechanic shop, but tires are the heart of what we do. We're looking for an experienced tire technician who knows the work, takes pride in doing it right, and wants a future with a growing local business.

- Repair flats and inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety issues
- Operate tire changers, balancers, and lifts safely and efficiently
- Perform TPMS service and assist with alignments
- Torque lug nuts to spec and double-check every job before it leaves the bay
- Help customers understand what their tires need
- Keep the bay clean, organized, and safe

**What We're Looking For**
- Prior tire shop experience required
- Solid knowledge of tire sizes, load ratings, speed ratings, and fitment
- Comfortable with TPMS tools and tire machines
- Dependable, on time, and works well with a small crew
- Valid Texas driver's license

**Bonus Points If You Have**

- TIA certification or similar

**Room to Grow**
We promote from within. The right candidate can grow into a Shop Manager or Sales role as we expand. If you've got tire experience now and leadership or sales ambition for later, we want to talk to you.

Fall festival season means more miles on the road. Before you head out to pumpkin patches, hayrides, or weekend getaways, let us check your tires, brakes, and alignment so the trip goes as smoothly as the drive there.

Every 10 degree drop in temperature can lower your tire pressure by 1 to 2 PSI. Underinflated tires wear faster and hurt your gas mileage. Swing by O'Malley Tire and Automotive for a free pressure check and top off before the cold really sets in.

10/10/2026

Cooler weather is coming. Before it hits, get your fall car care checklist covered: tire tread and pressure, battery health, brake pads, and fluid levels. Stop by any O'Malley Tire and Automotive location in Spring Branch, Dripping Springs, or Marble Falls and we'll run through it all in one visit.

You never know what you will find when a vehicle pulls in the shop for mechanic work! Pulled this lil guy out of an engine bay at our Dripping Springs shop yesterday. He rode in the engine bay all the way from Blanco - 25ish miles!

We were able to find him a new home.
