So apparently one area of frequent frustration for RVers is when they have a planned camping trip in their RV and something critical fails that is necessary to having an enjoyable camping trip and in need of immediate attention. All too common, any service department they contact can't get them in for weeks, completely ruining their planned camping trip.
Unfortunately the RV industry is notoriously terrible with after sale service BUT NOT with General RV Center!!! We implemented a "Keep You Camping" Promise in that General RV Center will get Every Customer of ours in the same day, without an appointment, determine a repair plan and OFTEN completing any critical repairs the same day! To many without RV Life Experience this may seem like nothing special as any reasonable consumer would think this service should be the industry norm... BUT IT'S NOT!
