When Chevy wants to look like a Ford…

The all new 2 Door 2027 Camaro was recently posted on Car & Driver - its showing a lot of Mustang similarities. What do you think? 🤔

While speaking at the 2026 Australian Grand Prix, Ford CEO Jim Farley made it clear the Mustang’s third pedal isn’t going quietly.

When asked about the future of the manual, Farley responded that you’ll have to take it “out of our cold, dead hands.” In other words, Ford plans to keep the stick-shift Mustang alive for as long as possible.

That stance matters more than ever because most rivals have already walked away from manuals. The Camaro is gone, the C8 is automatic only, Dodge muscle cars have dropped the stick, and even brands like Mini and Volkswagen have been phasing manuals out of their lineups. The list of new three-pedal cars keeps shrinking.

Ford hasn’t been immune to the trend, though. The latest EcoBoost Mustang no longer offers a manual because demand was supposedly too low. But the V8 cars, like the Mustang GT and Dark Horse, still offer a six-speed, and Ford seems committed to keeping it that way.

Roughly a quarter of Mustang buyers still choose the stick, which is more than enough to justify keeping it around. Farley himself is a known enthusiast and has repeatedly said Ford wants to build exciting cars, not “boring” crossovers.

Keeping the manual Mustang fits that philosophy and keeps the car connected to the drivers who made it an icon in the first place. So for the foreseeable future, if you want a new V8 muscle car with three pedals, Ford says the Mustang will continue to deliver.

The 2026 Ford Mustang GTD just made history as the first U.S. production car to conquer the Nürburgring in under seven minutes—a bold milestone.

Built by Ford Motor Company to challenge Europe’s elite, the GTD packs a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 pushing an outrageous 815 horsepower. Add active aerodynamics, a motorsport-inspired suspension setup, and a high-tech titanium exhaust, and you get the most extreme street-legal Mustang ever created.

Top speed? 202 mph.
Mission? Take the fight straight to the supercar establishment.

This goes beyond a typical Mustang. It's Ford showing American muscle can rule the planet's harshest circuit—the Nürburgring.

When North Dakota farmer Lowell Bjerk passed away suddenly, his wife Marlene faced a difficult situation.

Their farm near Reynolds included about 1,400 acres of corn that still needed to be harvested.

For a single person, the work would have taken weeks. Harvest season is time-sensitive, and delaying it can result in major financial losses.

Local farmers decided not to let that happen.

Neighbors arrived with equipment and crews. The operation quickly grew into a coordinated effort involving multiple machines and drivers.

Volunteers brought 11 combines, 12 grain carts, and 15 semi-trucks to the Bjerk farm.

Working together, they harvested the entire crop in about seven hours.

Many of the farmers set aside their own work to help. The effort ensured the farm’s harvest was completed and protected the family’s income for the season.

In rural communities, harvest is often a shared responsibility during emergencies.

On that day, the fields were not worked by one farmer.

They were worked by a community.
