Our first store was located in Model, TN in Stewart County. When TVA started to flood the river bottoms and families began to relocate from the area known today as the Land Between the Lakes, our business moved to its present day location in Dover. Th

is was about 10 miles south from where James and Leava Barrett started with their sons Gary and Terry. James Barrett passed away in August of 1992, and the store temporally closed until Nov of 1993. In the fall of 1993, the store reopened with Gary and Eva Barrett, shifting from auto repair/ tire sales to primary tire, wheels, tire repair, oil changes, and batteries. In 1996, their son Chris Barrett and his wife Heather took over the family business and with the help of his family have steadily grown the business since then. Sadly in June of 2016, Levea Barrett passed away before she could see the opening of our 2nd store. In Sept of 2016, the Barrett family proudly opened a 2nd location in Erin TN about 25 miles south of Dover. We are proud to be your small town family business.
