Next up this past weekend was 2010 Subaru Outback with an inoperative clutch.

Turned out the bottom of the clutch master cylinder developed a massive leak everytime you stepped on the pedal which resulted in a faulty clutch operation.

Brand new master cylinder got installed, bled the system and this Subaru was back to driving like new again !

2011 Nitro was back in the shop for another oil change, front brakes and to diagnose why the horn intermittently stays on.

Turns out the horn contacts are faulty and with the fuse in causes the horn to stay on! So it will be back at a later date to have that repaired and get the state inspection done!

On this Memorial Day Monday I had this 13 Mazda 3 in to fix a check engine light code for a downstream o2 sensor!

New sensor, quick check over and this new driver is back on the road.

Yesterday this forester came back for repairs. When I inspected it a little less than 2 months ago I told them it was going to need rear brakes soon and the rear wheel bearings were starting to go out. The wheel bearings are known for going out on these Subarus so I told the customer that while doing the brakes is the perfect time to do wheel bearings because I’ll be half way there. I try and save customers money in the long run anytime I can.

New brakes, new rear wheel bearings and this Subaru is good as new again, and much quieter !

Yesterday I finished up the F250 6.0. This truck had been sitting for 2 years due to bad injectors causing compression to get into the fuel system and aerate the fuel. Truck wouldn’t run more than about 30 seconds !

Last Sunday it got towed to me to get running again. 8 new injectors, stand pipes, valve cover gaskets and an oil change later, and this 6.0 was back to running like new again!

Forgot to post last weekend. Here’s what was going on in the shop!

-2016 Focus RS in for spark plugs, oil change and clean throttle body

Then installed some rain guards on an explorer sport trac

Finished it up with getting the 6.0 in the shop and ready to get teared down in the upcoming week!
