Good afternoon. It became abundantly evident we needed more rental cars on sight to facilitate our customers. In a perfect world, we will completely phase out our old program by the end of February. Hertz will deliver rentals prior to our customers repair appointment unless prior arrangements were made. This will alleviate the stress of finding a ride to Bangor or Augusta to pick up your rental.  I encourage everyone to check their policy and add rental coverage if not already in place. Full coverage is great for repairs but no one wants to get stuck walking or paying $50 a day out of pocket while their vehicle is in for repairs.
