First heat cycle. started on the 4th or 5th kick.I'm liking these this is the 2nd one I've used. it throws a brighter spark compared to the oem setup and I get no kickback at all when starting. motor is stock sleeved tecate cylinder, 71.25mm bore,wiseco piston.

My buddy bought this kawasaki as a roller. It looked nice with the powder coat,nos front tire and franks swingarm but it still needed alot more then we both thought. the work I did was the motor,the brakes,some of the black powder and the Rad guard,rebuilt the front forks and had to find all the missing pieces. IDK what company makes bolts kits for these but it was horrible I replaced every bolt with oem or good 10.9 yellow zinc bolts. still need a headlight and few odds and ends,but it started after a few kicks.

well one step closer to getting the lt80 to run. fuel in the cylinder is finally starting to ignition and burn off.

Another motor buttoned up. I local guy bought a unfinished 85 project so I've been gathering the missing pieces. hopefully I'll get to finish it up next week and have some pics and a start video.
