Here are some pics (wish I would of taken more)of the LS build/swap that we did in a TJ. Customer purchased a take out and wanted us to replace all the gaskets but once we removed the valve covers and oil pan, we discovered that the engine had been neglected. Our customer decided to let us build and tune the 5.3. He also decided that he wanted a little more power since we had to build it so we went with a set of .030 over flat top pistons, a BTR stage 4 truck cam and made some upgrades to the valve train to accommodate the new cam. The LS swap also required a new output shaft for the 4L60 to attach to the factory TJ transfer case. So, while we were replacing the output shaft, we went ahead and rebuilt the 4L60 and made a few upgrades while we had it apart.

Sorry for the lack of post but due to the work load we have been unable to take and/or post any pics. With that said, we are taking applications for experienced or inexperienced personnel. Customer insisted that we test the work that we did so here is some evidence of what the 2500hd project (twin turbo) done launching at 15psi. Definitely could of stayed in the throttle longer but it wasn’t necessary or required to prove that the roads couldn’t hold Toyo RT 37s peaking with 52psi of boost on the 6.6 Duramax.

Here are a few pics that I ran across of a job we done a while back. We installed a swan-neck wing which attached directly to the unibody that required removing the rear bumper cover, locating where the slots needed to be, cutting the slots then installing the wing. We also cut 2 vents in the hood and installed stainless mesh to help keep the car cool during track days since it has a supercharger packed up under the hood.
