🚨 “I PUT DEF IN MY DIESEL…” 🚨

That phone call will make anybody panic 😳💸
But don’t worry — it happens more than people think, and it DOES NOT always mean a full dealer replacement. 👏

This customer accidentally put DEF in the fuel tank and was told it could cost THOUSANDS 😵‍💫

Instead of panic, we went to work 💪

✔️ Tank drained
✔️ Fuel system flushed
✔️ New fuel filters installed
✔️ Test drive completed
✔️ Customer back on the road 🙌

Using experience, logic, and doing everything possible before throwing parts at it saved this customer a LOT of money 💰

🚨 SERVICE CALL 🚨
Unit stuck with a broken air line—wasn’t going anywhere.

Replaced the line and found a second air leak at another fitting 🔧
Got it fixed and back moving 💪

🚨 BREAKDOWN CALL 🚨
Truck down in New Brockton check engine light, derate, not going anywhere.
Another company showed up, hooked a scanner, charged $500….and left.

We came in, found the issue…. DEF injector 🔧
Ran a regen and got this truck BACK ON THE ROAD 💪🔥

That’s the difference.
We don’t guess, we FIX it.
