It’s not always about making a sale.
Our job as automotive professionals is to give our clients the information they need to make the best decision for them.
Sometimes that means repairing everything at once. Sometimes it means prioritizing the important safety items and creating a plan to tackle the rest over time. And sometimes, like in this case, it means having an honest conversation that it may be time to move on from the vehicle.
We could have sold nearly $8,000 worth of repairs here. Instead, we helped our client understand the condition of their vehicle, what was most important, and whether putting that much money into it made sense.
That’s what we believe a good repair shop should do — inspect, educate, prioritize, and let the customer make an informed decision.
Thank you, Ayesha, for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting Parker’s Auto Service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
