Parts Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of parts.
- Manage inventory to ensure parts availability and minimize excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure parts are available for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various vehicles/equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and provide solutions for fixing issues.
- Perform routine maintenance checks, such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in parts management and/or mechanical repairs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and service records.
