No Teflon, no thread sealant — just someone else’s quick patch job.

Also, the stuff you pour in your car? Not the same — semi-truck coolant needs a NOAT additive package to protect those big diesel engines.

Run straight water, and you’re looking at rusted blocks and cavitation eating away cylinder liners — turning a “minor leak” into a major bill.

Get it sealed right the first time — your wallet will thank you later.

We’re hiring an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team in Dobson, NC!

We handle a variety of hands-on work that keeps trucks and trailers rolling, including brakes, wheel seals, wiring, oil leaks, general maintenance, and after-treatment systems. We’re looking for someone with MIG/TIG welding skills who is skilled at diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems, including transmissions, differentials, A/C systems, and more. If you have 3+ years of diesel experience, your own tools, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. This isn’t routine fleet maintenance — we tackle challenging jobs that keep your skills sharp.

Pay is based on knowledge, skill, and initiative.
