September 15th of this year makes my 22nd year of detailing cars. I didn’t take it serious until roughly 7 years in and have made a lot of effort to progress my skill set ever since. This past weekend I attended a 3 day advanced wet sanding and paint correction at Gloss University. This is my second class with these guys and yes I did learn quite a bit. This Chrysler 300 srt was the subject to learn on.

As a class of 4 we took this car from “ehhh” to “wow” putting in roughly 160 man hours all while honing in a very advanced skill when it comes to refining paint. I got humbled a handful of times during this class but walked away more confident to offer this service to my customers. I’m definitely happy I was able to attend this class and I will probably attend more in the future because this trade is constantly evolving and I fully intend to evolve with it.

1986 Oldsmobile cutlass 442 was in for the works. This car received paint correction, ceramic coating, interior detail and other random detailing and metal polishing . This is a job I don’t encounter often let alone to this level. This 1986 Mercedes 560 sel was left untouched for 7 years and when to owner finally went to get it out he was met with MOLD 🤢. To say this car was “detailed” would be an understatement. This job required a lot of different chemicals as well as a few phone calls to other detailers for assistance. After the job was all done it looked fantastic and is ready to have some miles put on it. 2022 Audi S5 was in for a level 2 interior exterior detail. This package includes a hand wash, clay bar treatment to remove bonded contamination that washing won’t remove and a wax application . The interior gets deep cleaned. The carpet gets shampooed, the plastics and vinyl gets cleaned as well as all cracks crevices and everything else. For a 4 year old car this car turned out fantastic.
