When you use your boom to improperly lift, pull, or push with it then this is the result! Pivot pin broke and weldment will have to be cut off with a new one welded on. These types of things are a make it or break it deal when it comes to being able to use it on the next job vs keeping guys safe from overhead falling objects during their daily routine. This unit got red tagged for operational safety then we snapped into action quick getting the parts and getting to the job fast to have it repaired for the crew.

Just cause your hitch has fresh paint on one side and looks new doesnt mean the inside of the hitch is good, this unit has severe frame rust on the inside of the hitch! Not only was this hitch rusted severly bad it was also rusted just as bad on the frame rails and body supports causing this unit to fail its inspection.

Have you had a chance to see the new and latest truck we added to the fleet? Our certified, structural welder was tired of being a traveling welder and wanted more of a home life!
