Although Eloy wasn't from PA, he was a huge supporter of dirt track racing and a World of Outlaws official for many years. He did a lot for this sport. Eloy was responsible for the introduction of Electronic Scoring & Timing (Transponders). He loved this sport and the people he met while part of it.
Eloy will be missed!

Ever think, "I'd love to work at a dirt track". Would you love to learn how to be a track official? If so comment on this post!! We have some Saturday night Speedway's that could use some new blood. As an official of 20 years, I enjoy every minute at the racetrack!

With the season at a end tracks now turn to organizing and preparing next year's schedules. Along with that they look at making sure the track is fully stocked with personal.
Have you ever thought of learning to become a track official/flagman (or woman)? Have you ever been interested in seeing what it takes from the officials side to run a racing program? If so contact us! We will be working with Lincoln Speedway to find at least 2 people to train as track officials for the 2023 season.

Seems to be some confusion about the official Friday night should or shouldn't have done during the fight and turns three and four. He did exactly what he was supposed to do he's there for communication with the tower and traffic control he is not to get involved with the driver he's not to get involved touching the car. It was the fireman's decision of trying to separate the two and that was all they were attempting to do.
