⛵️ Dillon Marina Summer Operations Update
Marina staff are actively preparing for the upcoming 2026 season and remain optimistic as they plan for a challenging year shaped by ongoing dry conditions and low water level forecasts.
Office operations are focused on customer service and retention through processing slip holds for future seasons, while operations staff are proactively evaluating solutions—such as a potential temporary walkway—to ensure continued dock access if reservoir levels drop significantly. The Marina is coordinating closely with the Frisco Marina in anticipation of increased vessel traffic, as Dillon may serve as the primary launch ramp and aquatic nuisance species inspection station on the reservoir.
Service staff are prioritizing maintenance of the rental fleet, shop equipment, and service work focused first on Dillon slip holders. Customers may experience longer service timelines, as the same service team will also be responsible for dock adjustments and operational needs related to changing water levels.
The Marina team is meeting frequently to plan, adapt, and problem-solve as conditions evolve, and they are embracing the challenges ahead with the goal of delivering a successful and positive season for boaters and visitors alike.
